All the products we sell are new, first quality and come with manufacturer's warranty. No Sales Tax is charged except in the state of California (7.5%).

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover cards and Paypal. You can place orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on our secure online store. For your protection we verify all credit card orders by calling you on the phone number you provide on your order before shipping the products to you.

Prices are subject to change from time to time. However, You will never be charged more than what is stated on the website, unless we have contacted you first and you have consented to the price change.

We ship orders only within the Continental U.S. at this time. Orders are shipped usually same or the next business day. If you made a mistake on your order please be quick in contacting us so we can correct the mistake before shipping your order. For backorders, see our backorder policy.

Backordered items will automatically be cancelled after 30 days unless the customer notifies us of their intentions to stay on backorder. Your order will be shipped to you if it becomes available within the backorder period unless we have received a cancellation request. If you wish to cancel your backorder before it expires, please Email Us and request that your backorder be canceled.

If you request that your order be canceled after it has been processed, there will be a 3% charge to cover the cost of our banking fees. If the order has already been shipped, a re-stocking fee may apply in addition to shipping charges and the 3% banking fee.

Returns or exchanges may normally be made within 15 days of receipt of your shipment, and are subject to the following conditions which must be strictly adhered to. Should you order an incorrect item, you may exchange it (within 15 days). The new item must be at least half the value of the original item. In some cases we will charge an exchange fee and the freight charge of shipping the replacement item to you. If you want to return an item with no exchange there may up to a 20% restocking fee. All returned/exchanged items must be in new and perfect (unused in any way) condition with all original packaging material. In other words, the product must look like it just came off the shelf, including the packaging material. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Special ordered items, and Tire Wheel kits are non-returnable except in the rare case of manufacturer defect, and the sale is final at the time it is processed. All tire wheel kits and wheels are shipped according to the atv model provided by you on your order.

Before returning an item, you must first email our Returns Department to obtain a return authorization number. We will email the RA number to you. Return Authorization numbers are valid for 15 days after issuance. Any returned packages received by us after expiration of the Return Authorization number may incur restocking fees, or in some cases may be returned to the customer at customers expense. We are not responsible for items which are returned without being authorized for return by Atv Tires Mart, as this could result in loss of the package. Any package that is returned to us due to "Refusal of delivery" by the customer (unless instructed by us to do so), will be considered an unauthorized return and will not be eligable for a refund or credit.

Important: Along with your RA# we will supply you with an address to return your product to. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you return your product to that address ONLY. (It may not be the same address from where you received your products but it is the correct product return address). Return of the product to the wrong address by the customer could result in loss of the package and no refund.
The issuance of a return authorization number does not automatically assure that a credit will be issued. Items cannot be returned if they show any signs of wear or damage or have been mounted to your bike. Items not meeting these requirements will be returned to the customer at customer's expense, or in some cases a lesser credit can be issued. Any item damaged by shipping while being returned to us by the customer will need to be handled by the customer and the shipping company used to return the item to Atv Tires Mart. Atv Tires Mart is not responsible for damage caused by the customer or during shipping.

Tire and wheel kits are not returnable after they have left our warehouse.

If for some reason you haven't received your shipment within 8 business days after it was shipped, contact us immediately. We cannot be responsible for problems that are not reported to us in a reasonable amount of time.

Customer security is always a top priority, using the strongest possible SSL-256 bit secure server encryption with our online shopping cart. In order to protect you from fraudulent charges ALL card holder information is verified with the issuing bank.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.

Our website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement.

Neither Atv Tires Mart nor it's affiliates or employees are responsible in any way shape or form for the use or mis-use of any products sold by Atv Tires Mart. It is the sole responsibility of the consumer to determine whether the products purchased from Atv Tires Mart are safe and adequate for the consumers intended use of the products.

Atv Tires Mart makes no warranty as to products sold by us. All warranty issues shall be resolved between the customer and the manufacturer who has the sole responsibility for performing such warranties. Depending on circumstances, Atv Tires Mart may decide to handle the exchange between the customer and Atv Tires Mart, in which case Atv Tires Mart will deliver the replacement product only as far as the address to which the product was originally delivered. The manufacturer shall be solely responsible for any damage to person or property arising from the design, manufacture and testing of its products. Atv Tires Mart accepts no liability for such damages and shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
